Matthew is an award-winning social impact leader from Aotearoa New Zealand, now based in London. As the Founder and ex-CEO of YANZ, he is passionate about community-led initiatives, social enterprise, the power of creativity in wellbeing, clear and impactful storytelling, and creating more equitable systems for communities and individuals. He holds his values strongly, seeking to create safe spaces for all voices to be heard.

Over the last 7 years he has supported tens of social impact organisations as a founder, trustee, volunteer, consultant, project manager and advisor - focussing on community-led organisations, creative nonprofits, social enterprises and government agencies, including the Social Enterprise World Forum, Goodness Digital, MassChallenge UK, Creative NZ and Volunteering NZ.
